What does error 623 mean?
This error 623 box pops up often when I'm online and it is annoying as heck. It is a "network connection error" and it states "cannot load dialog". I had tried a microsoft "fix" which I found on the microsoft help site, but it was not helpful. It stated that my computer was trying to dial a number for the VPN connection.

Why am I getting error codes on my dial-up connection?
