Yeah, I disabled the uPnP and that didn't do anything. I didn't specifically go and open any ports on my router, so I'll have to look into it and see where I need to disable ports. It wasn't obviously easy when I was looking

I'm running Beta, Version 3.0.5171.19958 and for me upnp was also enabled, on my router upnp is disabled so no harm done, but it is also a hazard for running Beta versions I guess.

So, as far as I am aware, the only way (once UPNP is turrned off) that remote access would work is if you were forwarding ports from your router to the server and/or using Emby Connect.

What to do if Emby doesn't work?

If this doesn't work you will want to try completely disabling (turn off) any local malware & firewall software running on the same host temporarily to see if they may be blocking Emby.

Hi, I am working on something that keep all my media watched state in sync, i already have the code running, but it has rough edges as it does not use external databases but uses what provided from the media servers (tvdb,imdb,plex etc). it's completely selfhosted and support both manual polling and updates via webhooks.

Any Dolby Vision files do work, but are constantly buffering, normal HDR10 is fine

I have been having issues with this for a few weeks, some movies seem to have some buffering issues, getting "stuck" about every 5 minutes, needing about 30 seconds, then playing again.
