Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required to access TMH applications or the network remotely. MFA will require users who access TMH applications or the network remotely through Citrix Remote Access to enter a verification code to verify their identity. When prompted, the user will select how they would like to receive a code (email, app) then be asked to enter the code correctly before they can gain access.
