Orientation and onboarding

As a new employee, it is important that you take an active part in your onboarding process. In addition to the background study process we discussed during the offer, below are additional steps you need to complete to start your employment with us.

Prior to your first day

New Hire Appointment: Your offer letter included the date and time for your New Hire Appointment. This is a required appointment so if you have scheduling conflicts and cannot make it to your scheduled time, contact your recruiter right away to reschedule. Missed appointments most likely will result in a delay in employment.

Your First Day

The week prior to your start date, you will receive an email from Human Resources to confirm details about your first day and what to expect. Your first day will include completing required online Welcome Day employee training consisting of a number of modules you will need to complete.
