Create an account

To connect to your Raspberry Pi remotely you’ll need to set up an account. Open the web browser and head to https://remote.it. Click on ‘Sign up’ and enter your email address. You will be emailed a verification code. Enter this code and pick (and confirm) a password.

'Fraid I don't have details either but you don't need pppd for command line access. A modem set to auto answer combined with a getty running on the serial port should be enough.

Yes! I think agetty might do the trick here. Currently on my "answering" Pi, agetty is pointed to ttySO. Is this necessary or can it be changed
