What is'You and PAH'?

It empowers all Punxsutawney Area Hospital patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by loginproviding easy, secure access to health information and online communication. All of the information in ‘You and PAH’ comes from your Punxsutawney Area Hospital Electronic Health Record.

How do I access the University of Pennsylvania Health System applications and sites?

Access to these applications and sites are restricted to employees of the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) and the Perelman School of Medicine (SOM). To view this content you must connect from a UPHS- or SOM-networked computer or remotely through the Remote Access Portal.

What is the Pah app?

About PAH! We believe there is a better way for the deaf community and interpreters to connect, so we've created an app to help make it happen. Through PAH! the deaf community can have a higher success rate in requesting and booking interpreters, and interpreters can have better control over their schedule and work.

How do I enroll in the Pah online health plan?

To enroll we will need your email address on file at the hospital and you will need to get your medical record number. To obtain your medical record number and provide your email address, please go to the Medical Record Department at PAH. You may also do this during any registration for services at the hospital at your time of treatment.

You may request remote access by visiting the Remote Access Self Service Portal ( only available while on VA's internal network).

How to disable automatic server selection in VPN?

In the VPN tab of the setting screen, uncheck Enable automatic server selection. Close the settings.

What is CAG 2FA?

CAG requires 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) by default for all users. The methods supported include PIV, CAC, and MobilePASS.
