What is mybaycare?
myBayCare.org is specifically for information collected and recorded during BayCare encounters and only reflects services provided by BayCare facilities. The Cure’s Act (2016) requires that we immediately release all test results to patients via the BayCare Patient Portal.
How do I access my records in the BayCare provider portal?
You will access these records through our Virtual Desktop (VDI). The first time you log in to the BayCare Providers Portal, a Microsoft login window displays. Enter your BayCare ID number followed by @baycare.org (e.g., MS012345@baycare.org)
How do I contact mybaycare?
Visit our Contact Us page for myBayCare questions. Or call: toll-free 1-855-642-6903 to speak with our myBayCare staff. Please do not use myBayCare to send any messages requiring urgent attention.
