Remote Access to Bioinformatics, Data Science, and Multimedia Applications at the NIH Library
The NIH Library is now able to provide remote access to several software applications which previously required customers to be onsite in the Library's reading room. The software now available to teleworking staff include a range of bioinformatics and data science applications that run on the Library's four high-performance workstations.
Multimedia
To use one of these applications, customers need to make a reservation via the Library's website, just as if they were making an onsite reservation. Customers receive instructions for accessing the workspace along with a reservation confirmation.
