EpicCare Link is on online tool offered to referring providers of Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital. It gives providers read-only access to patient information from Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital electronic health record in order to track patient activity such as appointments, lab results, medications and more.

What browsers support EpicCare?
Both PCs and Macs support EpicCare Link. The user’s system requirements are minimal: PC users must have Internet Explorer 9, 10, or 11, Firefox 24 or later, or Chrome. Mac users must have Firefox 24 or later, Chrome, or Safari.
What happens if a patient does not list a doctor on EpicCare?
If the patient does not list a doctor’s name, no established relationship has been made which means no information can be shared.
Can you use EpicCare on iPad?
EpicCare Link can also be accessed by Apple iPads running iOS 8 using the Safari browser and Android tablets using the Google Chrome browser. The native Android browser and other third-party browsers are not supported. The Google Chrome browser on iOS is also not supported.
