This ability exists in the Endpoint Security VPN client for Windows, and is now available for the Endpoint Security client for macOS. See sk108892. Native Encryption Management now supports mobile network users. Remote Access - Opens the default browser of the machine to register to hotspot.
Are IPsec VPN and mobile access supported on my R80?
These features are supported when connected to an R80.30 gateway that has IPsec VPN or Mobile Access enabled. See the R80.30 Mobile Access Administration Guide or the R80.10 and Higher Remote Access VPN Administration Guide for details.
Is the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client compatible with Mac OS X?
Note : As of August 2011, AnyConnect Releases 3.0.3054 and 2.5.3054 are compatible with Mac Lion OS X 10.7. Should I migrate to the AnyConnect VPN client for IPsec?
Tip : Cisco recommends that you migrate to the AnyConnect VPN Client for both Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) as well as IPsec. The built-in IPsec client on Mac OS is an Apple product, so any questions/upgrades/bug fixes and other issues on the client side need to be addressed by Apple while the Cisco Remote Access VPN client is EOS.

Multiple Login Option Support
This version supports multiple login options per gateway with multi-factor authentication schemes, for users of different clients and the Mobile Access portal. For example, configure an option to authenticate with Personal Certificate and Password, or Password and DynamicID for SMS or email.

Is AnyConnect compatible with Cisco?
The ASA VPN Compatibility Reference is another great reference. AnyConnect is compatible with any ASA Version 8.0 or later and Cisco IOS Release 12.4 (15)T or later.
