Please check your inbox for an email invitation and follow the steps there, or call your clinic to request a new invite. Your account is convenient, secure, and electronic place for you to access your clinic and hospital health information.

What is two step verification with Dignity Health?

Dignity Health has partnered with a 3rd party to provide secondary authentication to remote access systems. You will need to register for Two Step Verification while attached to the Dignity Health network either at a Dignity Health location or via VPN.

If you would like someone to have access to your records to help manage your care, you may contact your Dignity Health facility or Doctor’s Office to authorize a trusted person to be added as a proxy. This may also be terminated at any time by calling the technical support center at (844) 274-8497.
