Can't connect to iDRAC situation

Unfortunately DRAC 7 on R620 (and probably on all rack servers; blades are not affected as DRAC in blades can be rebooted from the en closure controller) suffers from the same blunder as iLO 3 -- often it became irresponsive and after that you can't connect neither via Web interface, not via ssh. In this state no ports are visible.
