When you're ready, you can apply to CVC in several ways: Registered victims and claimants will have access to: CVC web portal and its features are available for applications submitted online after July 12, 2018.

Remote learners may not be able to show what they learned in exactly the same way as they would in a classroom. For example, not every student has a printer, so they cannot print and mail you a final project.
