Who is entitled to lounge access on Air New Zealand flights?

Air New Zealand customers with a same day regional connection to or from an international Air New Zealand Business Premier flight, are entitled to lounge access prior to departure. Must be travelling on a through-ticketed journey, departing on an Air New Zealand ticket (starting with '086') and 'NZ' marketed and operated flight.

When do Airpoints expire?

Any Airpoints Dollars™ returned have had their expiry date extended until 30 June 2021. If the original expiry date was after 30 June 2021, the original expiry date applies.

What is a credit on a flight?

What is a credit? A credit is a commitment from Air New Zealand to honour the value of your COVID-19-affected flights. You can use your credit to credit to book flights, to purchase seats, bags or upgrade an existing booking.

When will credit for international flights be available?

If your plans change, you can opt-in for credit for international flights due to depart before 30 June 2022.

Does credit tool work in AUD?

The credit tool currently works for most credits held in NZD, AUD, USD, CAD, EUR, SGD, GBP, JPY, HKD, CNY TWD, KRW and XPF. There are some credits it cannot process yet due to the details of the initial booking. We are working to expand the tool ASAP.

Can you use Airpoints Dollars at checkout?

You can now use up to 2 credits at checkout when booking your flights. Any outstanding amount must be paid using your credit card. Airpoints Dollars cannot be used in combination with a credit at this time.
